Key enhancements included automated data collection, real-time user notifications, and structured monthly financial statements. The solution was designed to be robust, scalable, and optimized for easy data analysis, giving finance teams deeper insights into corporate spending.

Impact: Eliminated repetitive manual work, saved multiple FTEs, and provided structured data for better financial oversight and decision-making.
